In 2003, Rory Fuerst and Martin Keen founded KEEN Footwear, launching their hybrid sandal shoe at the winter outdoor expo, where Newport sandal shoe got its name and quickly became a success. It was launched internationally in the spring of 2004, and it rapidly gained customers who appreciated its innovative design and quality construction.#NeverNotOriginal
