The Urban Gear sends shoes in a durable cotton bag, giving customers a handy travel bag, reducing waste, and keeping shipping costs low. If you prefer to receive the original shoe box, please let us know, as additional shipping charges may apply. All other gear is shipped in environmentally friendly compostable bags for added protection during shipping
We have made it our mission to ensure that your gear is packed and shipped out within two business days via Australia Post. Our parcels usually reach urban areas quickly from our Gold Coast, Queensland hub. However, you should expect your order to take anywhere between 2-14 business days to get delivered. If you live in a rural area, the package may take a bit longer to arrive.
Customers will receive an Order Confirmation email and a separate email with the tracking details. Please add hello@theurbangear.com.au to your contacts to ensure delivery, or check your promotional, spam, and trash folders in your email if you have not received these notifications.
The Urban Gear has a 60-day return policy for unused gear from the date of purchase. Selected gear is not eligible for return or exchange, including used or final sale gear, underwear, foot tech care, Grangers, bottles, and eyewear (see below for more details). Please make sure to read through The Urban Gear's returns policy thoroughly and understand the process of getting a FREE return.
