Fitting inside the shoes:
Remove the insole from your footwear and place the met pad in the centre of the insole towards the front (see the diagram inside the packaging for further instructions).

Suitable for those with a normal arch, where the foot does not roll out or inwards. High Arch: Suitable for feet that have a high arch or the foot tends to roll out and onto the ankle.
