I purchased a BlackWolf Tomaree 12L Backpack to replace my old GoGo pack. There was an error in the description and available colour and I received a personal email from Matt, one of the owners, offering me a refund or discount for my trouble. I paid the full price as this was fair.
I received the pack which is brilliant and will be awesome for my bike commuting pack. Matt had also included a bonus surprise travel towel!
