The Urban Gear accepts all major credit cards and they are processed through the secure Shopify Payments.

Afterpay: 

Split your purchase into 4 instalments. Make the first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder is scheduled every fortnight.

No fees when you pay on time.Afterpay has interest-free instalments, the only fees are for late payments. You can find your payment schedule in theAfterpay app and Afterpay will send you regular reminders. 

Afterpay will let you know if you’ve been approved for use within seconds. 

Orders are only eligible for a return and will ship from the Urban Gear as they would with any other form of payment.

Promotions

  • Offers must be applied at the time of checkout.
  • In the case the promo code puts your total overall order under $139AUD you will be charged the additional $12AUD for shipping.

  • Not valid on past purchases.

Urban Explorer

  • To claim $10 OFF your second purchase, enter the code at checkout provided in your email.
  • Expires 6 months after the date of issue.
  • Minimum Spend of $50.

Multi-buy or Bundle 

  • All Gear must be added to the cart by the customer.
  • Multi-buy or BOGO items, the free promotional gear will be the lowest or of equal value to the other gear.
  • Gear not added to the checkout, including promotional gear(i.e. Free gift with purchase) will not be sent.
  • Bundled gear must be returned in full or the full RRP will be applied to the products in the refund. For example, if a customer purchased a KEEN NXIS EVO footwear and received the KEEN Bundle for free, but only returns the KEEN Footwear and keeps the KEEN Bundle then the RRP of the bundle will be deducted from the customer's refund of the shoes. This applies to all exclusive bundled gear across all brands. 

Final Sale Gear is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • All types of underwear, including but not limited to briefs, thongs, and bikini bottoms.
  • All flasks and water or drink bottles.
  • Granger products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • All Last Chance Sale gear is final sales, indicated by a Last Chance Badge and written in the product's description. This gear will include an additional $12 shipping fee at checkout and are not part of the free shipping and return policy.

Free Shipping Promotions
